Vaultwarden, is amazing.
I can not thank enough.
I have a selfhosted instance of it on my Raspberry pi, and want to set http password on the website to limit the access.
But it is not possible. on other websites which I host it works normally, but with Vaultwarden it is not possible.
Any idea how to solve it?
You might be able to use basic auth with the web vault, but I don’t think the other Bitwarden clients would support it. If you really want to add a password of sorts, you can put your instance under a secret directory:
Please elaborate what solution exactly you are utilizing for other services which is not applicable in your opinion to the Vaultwarden. Is your instance accessible from the internet or you use it only internally in your home network?
