Are you trying to use SSO?
Because that isn’t implemented into Vaultwarden

There is a PR open, but i do not think it is a full implementation of it.
Also, that version of the web-vault shouldn’t have the SSO button there at all (at least not visible).
So this is something you tricked your self to go to i think. It was hidden for a reason of course.
