Cannot create organization

Hi there,
I’ve set up vaultwarden recently, but cannot create organizations. The page just spins forever. I found a similar issue form 2 years ago, but it’s supposed to be fixed, so I have a feeling I’m doing something wrong. How do I debug this?

My versions:

  • vw: 1.25.2 tag - I built the binary
  • web_vault: bw_web_v2022.9.2.tar.gz
  • Apache + mod_proxy
  • Postresql

With web-vault 2022.9.2 you need the main branch version, not the 1.52.2 tagged release.
