My organization has “centralize organization ownership” policy enabled. A user, not an owner or admin, was newly invited and confirmed, after the policy was already enabled. Vaultwarden server version is 2026.7.0.
The client device correctly enforces the policy and prevents saving items to the personal vault, but the organization-owned “My Items” location is not provisioned or visible; therefore the user has no location for non-shared organization-owned items. Removing and re-inviting the member while the policy was active did not resolve the issue.
I am wondering whether this is a bug or I’m understanding something wrong. Has anyone experienced the same?
