Samsung note 20 Ultra Android 13
I went to use my bitwarden app today and instead of the biometric login it asked for my master password. I get “An Error has occurred” We were unable to processyour request .Please try again or contact us.
I have reset the app Uninstalled the app updated the server image in docker.
All the web browser addons works fine as well as the Windows App and Full Browser login. but mt phone will not works.
My wifes phone Note 9 has no problems .
Please help
As a side note downgrading the mobile app from Version 2024.10.0 to Version 2024.7.1 has allowed me to use bitwarden on my mobile phone
Be sure to have the latest Vaultwarden installed. Which currently is v1.32.3
I had just updated the image to latest in my docker container but it was 1.30 when i updated to 1.32.3 the updated android app worked perfectly .
I actually thought the tag latest was the latest version ,

latest is linked to the tagged releases, which are the stable releases.
You of course must always do a pull first to be sure to have the latest version of the container.

Thanks for the advice, updating to vaultwarden:latest solved the Android client issue for me.

Same here… my android app stopped connecting to self-hosted vaultwarden docker few days ago.
The server version was outdated… after updating image to vaultwarden/server:latest again, the app is connecting again.

I am getting the same issue I am not running my server in the docker, I used the following to install Proxmox VE Helper-Scripts
my vaultwarden is the way to install the latest vaultwarden without losing everything,
I ran apt update says the server is up to date but I am currently running
