Webconsole shows nothing

Hello
a user always complains that he doesn’t see passwords when he logs into the webconsole. He has to log in several times until the passwords are visible. I have searched the vaultwarden logs and I don’t see any errors. I only see that his logins were successful.

Do you know if this happens to occur after the web-vault is locked? If so this may be similar to Password not showing after refresh

no. it happens, when the user normally login to his account.
