Vaultwarden and Nitrokey Pro

Hello together,

i have a security key (Nitrokey Pro) that i want to use for 2FA login in vaultwarden.
Vaultwarden ask me to push the putton on the security stick, but the Nitrokey Pro has no button to push.

Is their a way, to use the security stick together with vaultwarden?

Don’t know much about the Nitrokey Pro but according to the documentation you would use an app for setting up and using TOTP:

The Problem is not setting up the Nitrokey. That’s easy with the Nitrokey-application.
The only problem is using the Stick together with vaultwarden.

If you use the Nitrokey as a two-factor authentication app it would behave like any TOTP provider.

If you want to use it as a different 2FA provider your stick has to support it. Or does the generated TOTP not work?

Thanks, you brought me on the right way.
The Nitrokey Pro can be used when an Authenticator App is asked.

So we can close this post.
