Description:
Currently, when exporting an Organization’s vault in Vaultwarden, the export process includes all data stored within the Organization vault. While this works well for full backups, there are scenarios where exporting only specific collections would be more practical and secure.
Proposed Feature:
Add an option to export only selected collections within an Organization’s vault instead of exporting all stored entries.
Use Cases:

Granular backups – An admin may want to back up only specific collections relevant to a certain project without including unrelated or sensitive data.

Data sharing – When providing data to third parties or migrating certain parts of the vault, limiting exports to the relevant collections would increase privacy and security.

Compliance requirements – Certain regulations may require that only a subset of data be exported or transferred.
Suggested Implementation Details:

In the export interface, provide a multi-select dropdown or checkbox list of all available collections.

Allow admins to select one or multiple collections before starting the export.

Ensure that any items not part of the chosen collections are excluded from the export file.

Maintain the same file format and encryption as the current export process.
