I had to reset my phone and thus had to reset Google Authenticator. Sadly, I don’t have the recovery code for my selfhosted bitwarden. Is there any way to reset 2fa? Maybe via directly accessing the database or something?

I believe you can access the admin dashboard (https://bitwarden.something/admin) and I see a button to remove F2A:
Ok, could access the admin panel, but the only option is to delete the user. Did I set something wrong?
You probably have an older version of bitwarden_rs, because at a minimum the deauthorize sessions button should show up. Try updating to the latest version first.
