As according to our wiki Vaultwarden currently does not have support for groups or custom roles, which are more typical in a larger deployment for Enterprise.
Vaultwarden is primarily aimed for home users and SMB deployments, so adding features that are used there most have been priority.
Perhaps overtime, or as PR are added these features can be implemented eventually.
