Wiki guide for backing up databases is not linked correctly

Hello,

I have a simple cron job setup while I look for options and which files should be backed up. I have discovered ttionya’s repo for backing up resources but also wanted to address the broken link on the admin page here.

Some random GitHub user (stevo8907) deleted several of the wiki pages, as well as the sidebar. Probably @dani or @BlackDex would need to restore it from the wiki history.

@zaqttack and @jjlin i have reverted the commits of that user, all is restored now.
