Is there anyway (without going to backend logs) to track or see if someone has viewed or downloaded one of your Send items?
You might try the access count. If something is important enough I will put the maximum access countdown to 1 and create a send. This way the recipient will be able to view the information, and if somehow the send was already viewed by a 3rd party then it would become unable to be viewed by your recipient who would in theory let you know something was wrong with the send and be cause for investigation.

Yeah, unfortunately I do not believe there is anything built directly in Bitwarden to accomplish this.
Though you may have some luck with Google analytics or some other form of online URL analytics tracking.
