Until recently my VW instance has been working well. It seems that the connection via the app and browser extensions are also still fine and I can add things to My vault and orgs as I wish. However, in the web vault, things take a long time to load and My vault never loads completely. Organisations do eventually load in though.
I have tried the usual things of logging in and out, different browsers etc. but to no avail.
The only thing I did particularly recently is deploy paperless-ngx but I can’t see that interfering with Vaultwarden on SQLite.
It did also get very slow to load at one point but that seems to be fixed after redeploying the image.
Not really a solution as such (as it’s a bit of a pain), but I ended up exporting my vault data from the Bitwarden extension and recreating my user account in Vaultwarden. Now all works fine after importing the data back into Vaultwarden. Also remember to make sure your organisations do have an owner if you do this, it’ll make life easier to transfer to ownership to another user and then back again.
So in the end, recreating the container (with the same database and file path) solved the speed problem. Recreating the user account solves the vault loading problem.
Would be great to know what the causes of these might be for the future.

I have the same problem with the web vault. Can you tell me what you ment with recreated yhe container. I run vaultwarden in portainer and did stop the vaultwarden container and recreated it. But did nothing with the database container.
I like to do the same thing.
I just deleted the container on the command line and deployed it again with a docker compose file.
Hitting the recreate button in portainer should do something similar, possibly just re-pulling the image was enough to clear a cache or something similar.
