Hello everyone,
I installed VaultWarden a month ago on my Synology NAS using Docker, and I never had any particular issue since a few weeks. On my Bitwarden Android app, I found that, one day, I was unable to add a new entry to my vault. Everything else was OK so I just waited a bit to see if an update could resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I still have the same issue.
Thus, I tried to uninstall (+ clear cache and memory) the app to install it again, and now I am unable to login ! After typing my email address, I have the following error : “We are unable to process your request. Please try again on contact us.”. If I ignore the message, I can type my password, but then I have the following issue : “An error has occurred.”.
What is weird is that I don’t have any issue to access to my vault via web browser / firefox bitwarden extension : everything works like a charm.
There is nothing in my logs from Docker to help me out. I tried to install previous version of the app, but nothing. I also tried on different networks without any success.
