LDAP AD connection with Directory Connector showing empty users and groups

I am implementing Vaultwarden for a company and they require LDAP integration.

When connecting via the DC app I get “No users to list” message and the same for other categories but when login in with exact same information on Apache Directory Studio I see the users

Is there a trick I am missing, anybody have a similar situation?

Should have some LDAP filters to ensure you can query your users and groups correctly.
