Invitation links not working in Vaultwarden 1.37.1 – “Unable to accept invitation”

Hi everyone,

I’m running Vaultwarden version 1.37.1 (Docker-based) and have it configured with SMTP, a valid DOMAIN setting, and verified user accounts.

Issue:
When inviting existing, verified users to an organization, the invitation link never works. Clicking the link (or the “Join Organization Now” button in the email) always results in this error:

Unable to accept invitation. Please ask your organization administrator to send you a new invitation.

This happens with every organization and every user I try to invite. The invited users already have verified accounts on the same Vaultwarden instance.

Can you help me, maybe?

Can you make sure you are actually using 1.37.1 as this should have been fixed by this point release.

You also would have to resend any invitation.
