Force completeness of users' master password

Hello,
I can’t find this information here.
I’d like to force users to use a strong master password (minimum 15 ASCII characters and imposing a complexity (aA1!)
Is this possible?

Thank you Kent, so if I understand correctly, it’s not possible to have a policy as soon as the user registers. It’s only when I integrate the user into an organisation that the policy will be applied to them.
I’ve read that it might be possible if you compile the web part yourself, but that’s beyond my remit. Has anyone already done this?

If you invite the users brand new directly from with the Organization with the Enterprise policy for master password set then these new users will be required to set a password which meets the requirements.

Users who create a new account from the organization invite will be prompted to create a master password that meets your requirements.
