Just installed Vaultwarden and have a question regarding the minimum master password length. Can this be changed from the default 12 characters?

Not easily. It’s build in into the web-vault. You need to change the web-vault and build it your self probably.
If you invite people to an organization you can enable a password policy which you can configure a custom policy. But not a default system wide.
