Changing owner of organization

Hello,

A colleague of ours left recently, and he created the 2 organisations we are. Some folders are not accessible to us, and we can’t access his account anymore.

From the admin interface I didn’t see the option to change the owner of an organization ? Or maybe there is another way to get permissions on a folder / organization ?

You can click on a user’s organization to change the role inside the organization. I’ve described the steps on the wiki page:
