Account Issue - Login Error/Account Removal?

I have been using Vaultwarden for several months, and it was running perfect, but for some reason, my account information is no longer working for my vault. I have saved multiple txt files on my storage devices just so i wont loose access with my password and also email. I have also got a 2FA and Backup Email on the account, But i am confused on how i no longer have access, and how to access the account with these extra things i have put on them to help not loose access. I literally just woke up and it stopped working. here is the site i use

check the /admin interface and see if the user is still there.
If not, and everything is empty, it might be that your data is gone or misplaced for some reason. Might be an update on the host system which triggered something?

Yes, it does look like for some reason my user section is empty… I have no clue how but it is probably something that I did, luckily the loss isn’t substantial.
