Users "stuck" in invited status

I have something fairly similar to this issue
Missing Confirm Selected option - Vaultwarden Forum (formerly Bitwarden_RS)

user has accepted the invite and logged in, i can see from the admin section that they have imported passwords into there personal vault, however on the orgs screen they still show “invited”

I’ve tried to replicate this (on the instance) but can’t any new user i invite once an account is setup they are switched and i can “accept” them

any thoughts at all ?

Even with an account they still might have to accept the invitation to the organization. E.g. if they only used the invite link to register their account but did not complete the invitation with an immediate login their invite token might have already expired. Can you resend the invitation link to your organization?
