Would it be possible to have reports for the personal vault similar to the one you get for organisations where it shows which clients accessed which passwords.etc
Might be handy if you suspect a misbehaving client.
That isn’t supported by the clients, so not possible.
Where is this report for organizations located?
This feature is not enabled by default:
Once you enable it you can find the event logs under Organizations → Reporting

Is the clean up schedule and days retain environment variables too? Or are these settings once org events is enabled?
