Displaying Organization and Collections on main list

My company uses Vaultwarden to store our client access info across multiple organizations and, of course, multiple collections.

However, I don’t know how to display that on the main list. Even when you click on an object, it still doesn’t tell you from where it’s stored.

The screen shot below is what’s shared from 3 different clients in 2 organizations but you’d never know. This is just from searching “Active Directory”

How do others solve this issue? Is it through naming conventions and custom fields within the entry itself?

An actual screenshot would be nice though.
Because the current latest version of the web-vault shows exactly to which organization a specific item belongs by labels.
