I am currently hosting a Vaultwarden instance on my own network at home. Because I use Vaultwarden mainly for my company, I want to migratie it to on of my VM’s/servers. What is the best way to migratie everything to the new server? The URL will also changeso I guess I need to change some settings?

If you backup the vault and restore it somewhere else it works. The problem is if you use a FIDO2 compatible security key as 2FA those have the URL baked into it so you need to have a way to login on the new URL then setup FIDO2 2FA again on the new URL.
The wiki and other threads explain how to backup/restore.
