Manually verify email address, working out SMTP issue

While I’m getting an SMTP issue sorted out is there a way to manually verify a user’s email? I temporarily allowed users to register so I could create the account.

Now I get the notification:
“Verify Email. Verify your account’s email address to unlock access to all features.”

Will it make much of a difference not having a verified account

There are no features missing if not verified. But account deletion is a bit safer when it is if I’m correct. Other then that no differences
