Disable an item/folder from appearing for clients or reports

Is there an option to disable an item or an entire folder of items from the clients or reports.

For example, I have some old logins that I don’t use anymore but may in the future. I’d like for them not to appear in the mobile or browser client or on reports. Is there a way to disable an item or folder in this way?

Not that i know of.
If, then it would need to be a client feature. And those are not maintained by us.
