Attachment error in self-hosting

Hi,

Curious if anyone has run into this issue with attachments?

I never used attachments much until recently and suddenly when I was trying to add some additional URLs to this login entry, I would get the error in the top right corner. I wasn’t sure why at first but soon after I realized it was because of one of the attachments.

I went through my logins and found a few other entries with the same issue. Any idea what could possibly be causing this? I remember when I first uploaded them that they were working just fine. Not sure what suddenly caused this.

Typically it’s useful to include logs when talking about errors. The error code specifically would help narrow things down.

My first thought was 413, content too large, eg the file is too big.

I don’t know if vault warden ever responds with that, but the proxy I put in front of everything definitely would when the uploaded file is bigger than a few megs.
