Send a mail-notification when logging into the admin-panel

Hi,

I would love to see an option to configure a mailaddress to which the server sends automatically a mail when somebody loggs into the admin-panel. I think this would improve the security by a lot.

If possible, 2FA for the admin-panel would be great, too!
