# Moving logins between organisations? Clone or move doesn't work

Hi,

I migrated a load of old passwords in from 1Password, some are for a different organisation and I want to start organising them. My user is owner for both organisations.

In password manager view, I can only “move to organisation” if it’s in my personal vault. I think this is intentional.

In the admin view, If I try “clone” I can select the organisation, but it says “there are no collections to list” and it won’t let me clone without one. If I try to clone into my personal vault it doesn’t ask for a collection but says “The client has not provided an organization id!”. My personal vault is not visible from admin view, I don’t know if this is relevant.

How do you get around this?

Sorry, this seems to be an oversight by me. The reverse sanity check I added did not take into account that apparently the client sends the collection id of a cloned item, so I’ve created a PR to remove the check again:
