# Manager can not create a collection

Hello,

A manager is supposed to be able to “Create new collections and modify the assigned collections” and “set user access for assigned collections”.

When I create a collection (in the web vault) as a manager and click save, I am logged out with an unexpected error. If I do it as an admin, it works fine.

I am sorry, I don’t know which version I am running (how can I tell?), but I pulled the bitwarden\_rs image on Aug 19. It says version 2.15.1 in the web vault footer.
