# Invitation link doesn't work

Hey,

the invitation link generated by Vaultwarden doesn’t work. We installed Vaultwarden via Docker in Plesk. It works just fine, but the invitation links don’t. We use Cloudflare.

Which version are you using? Because it works for me. Can you check your `/admin/diagnostics` page if everything is OK and/or generate the support string to provide more information?

Given that this check fails the generated link probably does not work because of this. Vaultwarden has to know the correct base URL of your setup (configured via `DOMAIN`).

Also you might want to update to a newer release because there was a bug in the web-vault at some time that prevented the signup if either the organization name or the mail contained `lock`, cf. Hey, thank you! I did the domain config with https:// in front, could this be the error? I will! How can I do this the safest way? Download a snapshot and re-upload it to the new image? Thank you!

Depending on if tou access the admin interface via the same domain as the web-vault, then something else is wrong with. Either spelling mistake or a dot on the wrong place.

Are there any errors in the Vaultwarden log, or the browser console?
