I have bitwarden\_rs installed behind a reverse proxy on unraid. Whenever I try to download an attachment I get “An error has occurred”. Any advice on how to troubleshoot this would be appreciated.

Do you get any errors on the bitwarden\_rs log?

Can you check the requests in the browser dev tools?

Usually failure to download attachments is due to a misconfigured DOMAIN env variable

Below are the errors I get in the browser console.

Try to find the request in the network tab, the console doesn’t tell much. It should look like this:

 ![Annotation 2020-03-16 183135](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/free1/uploads/vaultwarden/original/1X/08995bf42f812f3fbfd0de6ca991e55601e70059.png)

Make sure it’s there and that the domain of the request matches the domain you use to access bitwarden\_rs
